About Us
Our Hastings site is unique to TE Connectivity, as it is only one of a few sites where it has all functions needed to take raw material in and ship a fully functional connector out to its customers.


The Role
This key leadership opportunity will play a pivotal role in ensuring both Environmental, Health & Safety and Site maintenance activities are managed and organised effectively.


The successful candidate will provide effective EHS leadership to maintain safety in the workplace and provide effective site services management covering all property and production maintenance related matters.


Spearheading the EHS function, delivering to the required standards and managing a team of 4 skilled maintenance professionals who keep the site operational in terms of reactive and planned maintenance activities on site and production equipment.

What your background should look like:

What you must have


We would like you to be experienced in both Site Maintenance activities and Environmental, Health and Safety with a NEBOSH Certificate. We would also like you to hold all or some of the following:
• Experience in implementing TPM
• EHS working experience
• Background within Site Maintenance
• You must have drive, energy and leadership capabilities
