Peripatetic Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
Large Healthcare Group for Nursing Homes and Residential Care Homes covering the South East England region
GBP55,000 per annum
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Peripatetic Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join a national healthcare provider of nursing and residential homes to cover the South East England region.
Package for the Peripatetic Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) but not limited to:
* GBP55,000 per annum
* Market leading benefits package
* Opportunities for progression
* Required to cover the South East England region
Peripatetic Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) requirements:
* RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification
* Active NMC PIN number
* Previous experience working as a Home Manager is essential
* Must be based in or around the Midlands
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
* Extensive travel and overnight stays will be required. The role may require you to be based at a site full time for an undefined period, meaning staying away from home throughout the week is likely to be required. While this may be within an allocated region, business need may dictate deployment to any site nationwide as required. Post holders will therefore need to be flexible.
