We have a fantastic opportunity for a Courier and Postal Manager to join our Ipswich team.

Main responsibilities for the Courier and Postal Manager:
* Overseeing Operations
* Project management
* Coordinating factory output
* Overseeing payroll
* Quality control
* Transport Co-Ordinating
* General management to ensure maximum productivity
* Leading the team directly, including supervisors, courier and postal operatives.
* Ordering and Managing Inventory
* Selecting and Hiring Employees
* Ensure adherence to legal, and Health and Safety rules and guidelines - Producing Risk assessments.
Your Package:
* Salary GBP25,000 per annum
* Minimum of 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Company pension scheme
* Staff high street discount card scheme
