Depot Manager
Here at Banner Plant, we operate a highly successful tool hire company. Our people are our passion and the driving force behind our achievements. Our hire fleet consists of exciting and modern tools that are imperative to the build process of todays skylines. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and loyal Depot Manager to join our friendly team at our tool hire depot in Rotherham.
Your Role
As Depot Manager you're ultimately responsible for seeking out new custom and gaining new sales to help with the further development of the region. You'll manage our depot team and relationships with our clients in the region.
You'll have overall responsibility of our fleet of tools and small plant whilst supporting the preparation of the annual budget for the depot. As a member of the management team, you will prepare monthly management reports, manage costs and ensure that the depot achieves targets set on a monthly and annual basis.
About You
You will have experience in a similar role within the plant or tool hire industry and you will have fantastic organisation skills. As a natural communicator you will be confident with managing people and customer expectations.
