Location: Cwmbran, NP44 3AX, South Wales
Salary: Starting at GBP12, negotiable DOE: Overtime paid at time and a half
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am - 5pm / Friday: 8am - 2.30pm

Sprayer/Polisher - About the role:
As a skilled Sprayer and Polisher, you are expected to spray, polish and finish bespoke products to a high standard. This role will be a combination of workshop and site-based, so the successful applicant must be prepared to travel, stay overnight (on occasion) and liaise directly with customers as some finishing will be carried out on site.
Duties:
As a skilled Sprayer and Polisher, you will be expected to take ownership of:
* Prepping work for finishing.
* Mixing Lacquers and Paints to achieve the desired finishes.
* Spraying P/U Lacquers and Paints
* Maintaining equipment and supplies within the sprayshop.
* Quality control and preparation of finished products prior to fitting and delivery.
The successful applicant should be able to:
* Work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Complete work to tight schedules and deadlines
* Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance to Health and Safety at Work Regulations and Codes of Practice
* Wear protective clothing as supplied and attend all training when requested.
* Carry out any other duties within the business as may be allocated from time to time.
Sprayer/Polisher - Person specification:
Required:
* The successful applicant will be experienced in Spraying, Finishing and Polishing (ideally with experience involving various timbers joinery works.
* Experience of working on building sites.
* Up-to-date and clean driving licence
Desired:
* Any applicable qualifications/certifications
* A Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* First Aid Training
* French Polishing experience
* Trade Relevant CSCS Card
