NC Associates are working with a market leading financial services organisations which are looking to recruit a Senior Secured Funding Accountant. The role will be home working with lots of flexibility and will work alongside the Group Treasurer as well as the Head of Capital Markets. As Senior Secured Funding Accountant your influence and impact within Group Treasury goes well beyond the job title. You will play a key transaction management and accounting role in helping us maintain the Society's secured funding from the ???7.5bn Covered Bonds Programme and Darrowby Securitisations

With total assets approaching GBP30 billion and growth outstripping many of our building society peers, your role involves:

Duties

• Managing the existing bonds in issuance whilst keeping pace with accounting standards and innovation
• Help develop systems and processes to handle many more funding deals over the next few years
• Ability to keep pace with market developments, bringing ideas and expertise into the business, and turning problems into practical solutions delivery

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision, drive, great technical skills and logical thinking capability. You'll influence direction as part of a highly committed and capable capital markets team and ultimately the Group Treasury function.

Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

• Treasury or Accounting Qualification
• Secured Funding / Treasury / Capital Markets knowledge
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Treasury Background
• Knowledge of Finance Change is desirable
• Stakeholder management experience
