Hygiene Supervisor
My client, a successful food manufacturer based in South Yorkshire are seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor. Reporting to the Hygiene Manager you will ensure that the hygiene function operates smoothly on site
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
To ensure that compliance and legal requirements are adhered to
Responsible for the training of the hygiene staff
Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement
Conduct regular audits
Dealing with chemical and product suppliers
A keen interest in the ordering of new equipment, to establish how the hygiene team would be able to operate
To co-ordinate machinery strip down and deep cleaning
Skills and Experience
An experienced Hygiene Supervisor with a proven successful track record
Experience conducting internal and third party audits
Leading a team and setting and reporting KPI'S
Food manufacturing experience is essential
Experience in a fast paced food manufacturing / production environment
Role
On offer is a competitive salary GBP15.39ph
4 nights on 2 off
10pm-6am
