Permanent job available for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a luxurious hotel based in Swindon, Wiltshire. Salary up to GBP30k pa + benefits.
Working 40hrs pw over 5 days.
JOB DUTIES
The Maintenance Supervisor job will involve
* Managing day to day maintenance and to assist with maintenance to plant and equipment.
* Respond to guest complaints and maintenance requests.
* Carry inspections and monitor maintenance and repairs and ensure this is carried out effectively and to health and safety regulations
* Assists in maintaining grounds and public areas and facilities.
* Managing budgets, forecasting and scheduling.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Supervisor job will have previous management experience.
* Have knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
* Experience with project management and understanding P&L statements.
* The Maintenance Supervisor job will suit someone who has experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
* Be able to cover out of hour emergencies and call outs.

The Maintenance Supervisor job is based near Swindon station in Wiltshire SN1 1DQ.
