Experienced Creative Manager / Greeting Card Designer is needed for this fabulous role at a leading card & gift firm's HQ in Croydon. As well as previous Greeting Card Design experience, you also need to be confident using Abode Creative suite particularly Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Print knowledge is also essential.
Greeting Card Designer / Creative Manager
Researching, planning and creating new product as well as seasonal ranges and gift wrap and gift bags for both the UK market and international sales
Work closely with illustration libraries to purchase and commission new artwork
Setting up files for print and special finishes, including four colour, spot varnish, foiling, embossing and cold foiling.
Creating new product for international franchises in Holland and Italy
Managing the franchisee uptake and processing
Managing the catalogue of image licences ensuring they are always up to date and renewed on time.
Point of contact for our franchise network for product development, bespoke display planning and design and stock queries.
Monitoring sales across all product lines.
Managing the new website, updating content and maintaining product for franchisee sales.
Keeping social media up to date and highlighting important events such as seasonal events and our product offerings.
Creating promotional material for national accounts and newsletters for our franchise network.
Office manager and supervising a small team, managing their workflow, annual leave and sickness.
Creating franchise brochures, header boards, flyers and all other promotional material.
Caption writing.
Archiving all product, maintaining the FTP site.
Attending industry events such as PG Live, Spring Fair and Fotofringe.
