Warehouse Operative with FLT - GBP19,305 - Minworth

Groomfield Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our leading client based in Minworth for a Warehouse Operative - preferably with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence - on a permanent basis.

Due to location, you must drive and have access to your own vehicle.

The role of Warehouse Operative will be required to be honest, reliable and self-motivated individual who has meticulous attention to detail as well as a strong work ethic.

It will involve handling products within the warehouse, picking and packing order. Stock replenishment and internal movements.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring daily order are correctly picked and packed efficiently and despatched within daily deadlines.
• Weekly preparation of large pallet shipments
• Labelling and maintaining stock
• Liaising with various internal departments
• Loading and unloading
• Retrieving pallets from bulk locations with Counterbalance

In order to be considered for this position you must possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience of working within a manufacturing/warehousing environment
• Solid work history in a similar role
• Flexi and Counterbalance FLT licence

Salary / Working Hours / Benefits:

• Salary of GBP19,305

• 41.25 hours per week / 3-week rotating shift - hours between 7am and 5pm
