Recruitment Resourcer

Due to continued business growth Cordant People are People are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established Dundee branch.

As a Resourcer you will work with our team of expert recruiters to attract and manage the areas top talent.

In return, Cordant will offer you an opportunity to develop your knowledge of the recruitment sector and the opportunity to gain a recognised recruitment qualification


Key Responsibilities

• Creating and publishing adverts to attract candidates in a timely manner
• Interview and screen candidates to assess suitability
• Conducting inductions on site for out clients
• Following all internal and legislative procedures
• Developing strong, long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Working with our team of expert recruiters to meet and go beyond our clients expectations

• To be a successful Resourcer you must be able to work efficiently and prioritise workloads

• Proficient IT skills
