Registered Branch Manager vacancy within the Medway, Kent area.
This role is unique as there could be a full-time role or you could do 3 or 4 days per week dependant on what suits you best!
The company have been established for over 8 years and have people within the business who have been there since the start!
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
To manage the Carers
To build and maintain relationships with the local authorities
Focus on compliance and quality within the service
Identify areas to grow the branch
Proactive approach with recruitment and retentionRegistered Manager Requirements:
Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
Ability to grow a service
Previous track record with CQC - a minimum of "Good"
