As the Display Lead, you will oversee leading the Display development team, ensuring the team deliver best in class work on time and to the brief. You will also be expected to be hands on developing HTML5 banners and banner suites to be deployed in the Google DoubleClick Studio environment using Sky's proprietary Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) solution.

What you'll do:

- Use JavaScript/JSON to build and maintain animated HTML 5 banners in DoubleClick Studio. - Work closely with Marketing, Producers, Designers & QA to deliver display banners. - Manage, train and mentor direct reports ranging from entry level to senior developers. - Be the subject matter expert on all things Display. - Ability to debug issues on a day to day basis.

What you'll bring:

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES5/ES6) including React and NodeJS. - Experience in creating animations with Create Js/PIXI Js and Gsap animation libraries. - Experience with Google DoubleClick Studio. - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise high volume of tasks/briefs! - Great communication skills - written and verbal. - Ability to work well in a team.

As part of Sky's Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple partners across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky's in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.
