Due to continued growth in our award winning mortgage team, Farrell Heyworth Estate & Letting Agents are looking to recruit an Appointment Maker & Client Liaison Support.

We work in partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) who are one of the UK's largest multi-award winning mortgage brokers with leading estate agents in over 900 offices nationwide.

Following comprehensive training, you will be responsible for booking & arranging appointments with new & existing clients to review their mortgage & protection requirements along with liaising with existing clients to keep them informed of new products & services.

The role will involve working closely with all manner of leads from our estate agency & existing client bank including updating records accurately & efficiently.

You will have a confident & outgoing personality and a friendly, enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude is essential.

Requirements of the role:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a telesales and/or client support role
  • Ideally experience and knowledge of the mortgage market and/or financial services
  • Excellent communication, IT and literacy skill with a keen eye for detail

Training and support can be made available for those who desire to become a CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisor in the longer term.
