Recruitive is expanding and we need a Sales Consultant to join our growing Sales and Marketing team!

A bit about you:
We need a disciplined, organised, and persistent consultant ready to succeed and progress with us.
You will be well presented and able to communicate well at all levels of the business hierarchy.
We want someone who is determined and driven. We want someone who puts the hard work in and is detailed and meticulous in their approach.
You will need to be self-driven/motivated and someone who is pro-activate, always looking for potential opportunities.
We also want someone who wants to learn, develop, and improve.
What you will be doing at Recruitive:
You will be responding to incoming leads in response to our ongoing marketing strategies and campaigns.
You will be expected to research new clients and find new opportunities using both your own initiative and the data that we have in-house.
You will be expected to demonstrate our software systems to prospects at a high level.
You will be expected to create detailed and professional proposal documents.
You will work as part of a close team, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager to plan sales campaigns, events and other sales and marketing activities.
Must haves:
Excellent presentational and organisational skills.
You will be disciplined and persistent.
You will need a good knowledge of the internet sector, including a good knowledge of browser-based technology.
Some experience of the recruitment and HR sector will be advantageous.
Nice to haves:
Experience in Cloud based software, particularly HR or recruitment software would be a great benefit.
