Our client is looking for a part-time Office Manager in the UK. You will play an integral part in the day to day running of the Norwich Office & wider remote workforce.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with Office Management and/ or PA experience.
Where you can make an impact:
Administration support to the Senior Management Team
General administration for the wider business, for example:
Co-ordinate & prepare presentations for monthly business meetings using Google Slides
Co-ordinate onboarding of new starters
Chair the Social committee and co-ordinate company social events
You will be there first point of contact for the UK office
Take ownership of office queries
Liaise with external suppliers & contractors
Order equipment, consumables and maintain the office facilities
You will be:
A great communicator.
Innovative and proactive - willing to take a hands-on lead in managing the UK office.
Able to focus on employee engagement and the exploration of innovative ways in which this can be maintained.
Strong IT skills and business administration experience
Willing to adapt to an ever-changing workflow
