We are looking for freshly qualified or Senior Property Management Surveyors to join a very well respected, National property consultancy. Our client has offices in London & home counties, Manchester, Birmingham and the North East and has built an enviable reputation as a true market leader over the last few decades.
Our client has developed significant new relationships over the past year and this role offers the candidate a chance to advise on variety of properties (not a specific client portfolio). The property types are a mixture of commercial, residential, retail and mixed use assets, however the residential is mainly owner occupied (not ASTs). All client sites are located within 100 miles of the M25, mainly London and the south east so your work load will be exciting and varied.
My client has the option to hire for different levels based on their work load so can look to hire a freshly qualified surveyor that has had experience of Property Management during their APC route. They can also look to hire an RICS qualified candidate with at least 2 years PQE. The client offer superb training and development for their staff and based on their workload would be significant opportunities to progress internally.
What is the main duties of the role?
Property & facilities management services to commercial, residential and mixed-use properties
To actively develop relationships with existing clients, identifying their requirements and delivering market leading service.
To help with business development of both the Property Management Service department and the wider business.
To present and conduct yourself in a way that befits the standards of the client.
To ensure you fulfil the requirements of the RICS particularly with regards to Continuing Professional Development What is needed to be selected?
MRICS, freshly qualified onwards.
Knowledge of ARMA guidelines and good practice would be an advantage
Proven experience in property management and working knowledge of L&T law from grad rotational scheme.
