Production Manager

Production Manager - Nights - 5pm to 3am

We are looking for experienced Production Managers to join our rapidly expanding manufacturing business. Our ongoing expansion requires Production Managers to play a pivotal role in our continuing success. The successful candidates will become an integral part of the production management team and will work closely with the existing management team to deliver the company's ever-increasing workload.

Responsibilities:

- Full, hands on responsibility for the day to day running of one of our manufacturing facilities.

- Manage several different departments, under one roof.

- Mentor and develop team members to strengthen the multi-disciplined team.

- Manage a fast-paced workload, effectively and efficiently.

- General assistance throughout the business to improve process and increase production.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience in engineering / manufacturing environments.

- Be proficient in managing teams that work in several different departments.

- Have a good understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes.

- Be a team player, that will lead by example and bring a strong work ethic.

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience within a manufacturing business is essential.

Salary: Depending on experience and skills.
