Manufacturing Operatives

We are a global leading automotive supplier based in Dove Valley Park, Foston, Derby who requires Manufacturing Operatives to work on fast-paced Automotive Assembly lines in a factory environment. Guaranteed 12 months fixed term contract, with progression to permanent contract after 12 months service

Example Rates including attendance bonus and shift allowance;

Day Shift

• Up to 6 months service £9.49/hr
• Up to 1 years service £9.69/hr
• Up to 2 years service £10.19/hr
• 2+ years service £10.69/hr

Late Shift (shift allowance after 6pm)

• Up to 6 months service £10.91/hr
• Up to 1 years service £11.11/hr
• Up to 2 years service £11.61/hr
• 2+ years service £12.11/hr

The role involves:

• Following written and verbal instructions
• Loading components onto fast paced production line
• Quality checking of finished parts
• Working to daily targets
• One week shift rotation (days and lates)
• 35 hours base hours in a week Mon-Fri
• Compulsory and voluntary overtime
• Occasional Saturday Working requirements
• Optional Sunday/Bank holiday overtime
