Secondary Cover Supervisors Needed in North West London! URGENT!

At Engage, we know that a school runs on quality cover supervisors. We work with a number of secondary schools in North West London that book daily cover supervisors to cover sickness across the school and we are now looking to increase our pool of cover supervisors we can offer to these great schools on a daily basis.

This is a great opportunity for graduates and experienced cover supervisors who are wanting/looking into working within the Education Sector and would like to work either part-time or full time on the days they are available.

Start Date: Immediate & September 2021 I Contract Type: Full Time & Part Time

About the role;

We are looking for cover supervisors to work on a day-to-day/block booking supply basis to cover both planned and unplanned absences, often at short notice but also given advanced notice.

Requirements;

• Experience working with students aged 11 - 18.

• Flexibility to work in different subjects (do not have to be a specialist).

• Good behaviour management skills.

• An ability to build rapport with students.

• Have fun but a firm presence.

• Interest in Education

• Hold a degree (preferable).
