Unicarriers, previously Atlet, are looking for a temporary Workshop Labourer to join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Working on a temporary basis, the successful candidate will earn GBP9.50 per hour and will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
UniCarriers is a brand of Mitsubishi Logisnext, the world's fourth-largest industrial truck manufacturer, supplying a complete range of electric, gas and diesel operated trucks to our customers.
Key responsibilities
Our Workshop Labourer will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- General workshop and yard housekeeping
- Unloading of trucks delivered from our factories
- Washing of forklift trucks and helping prepare them for painting
- Keeping the workshop area clean and tidy at all times
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
To be selected for the role of Workshop Labourer you will be a reliable team player with a good work ethic and will take pride in delivering consistent high-quality work. We are looking for someone that works well with others as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.
You must hold a UK driving licence as you will be required to move trucks on site.
Experience with working in a workshop or warehouse is desired.
Please note that this is a manual/physical role therefore regular lifting will be required.
