Assistant Ground Rent Coordinator
Job Purpose:
To support the ground rent team by preparing new completion information to upload to the system and the use of share point specifically designed for the collation of ground rent information. To assist the Ground Rents team in billing, collecting and recording ground rent.
Responsibilities:
Administrator
* Monitor the new completions statements, advising new sales received from solicitors
* Input information from completion statements onto an MS Excel spread sheet
* Checking leases against the completion details and uploading to share point
* Uploading completion information onto our property management system
* Monitor the completions being received from solicitors against Berkeley reporting
Coordinator
* To deal with queries from leaseholders by phone and email
* Take card payments using Sagepay
* To post cash on leaseholder accounts
* To manage mail out of demands, reminder letters etc.
* To manage the debt collection of leaseholders accounts
* Dealing with managing agents, solicitors and operating companies
Person Specification:
* A proactive, driven person with common sense and the ability to work effectively
* Good level of IT skills
* Good administration and organisational skills
* Confident and personable telephone manner.
* Communication (written and verbal), negotiation and problem solving skills
Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday
