Accounts Payable Clerk
It is always a pleasure to support this Bristol located client. On this occasion Miles are supporting them with their search to take on another Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a permanent basis.
The team are busy and things are set to increase further and really do need someone who can demonstrate some AP experience and ideally can handle the end-to-end process of supplier account reconciliations.
As part of your duties you will ensure the invoice cycle is thorough and complete, including from obtaining all copy invoices and checking un-actioned items on supplier statements, authorisations, dealing with queries and assisting with resolutions.
With a minimum of 1 years AP experience, you will be someone who likes ensuring processes are adhered too, the invoices are correct and schedules are met within policy and agreed timescales.
