TRANSPORT PLANNER
GBP Good salary plus package.
Monday to Friday only
Based in Huddersfield
7.30am - 5pm
My client has a notable name within the market, and they are seeking to retain a talented Transport Planner and ideally someone from a Merchant background.
OVERVIEW
Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of logistics operations within the business. Working as part of a team, you will be heavily involved in various operations from day-to-day challenges.
MAIN TASKS
The suitable candidate will be capable of developing and leading a small team whilst planning logistics to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and customer service are maintained. You will be managing 5 Vehicles.
Ideally suited to someone from a Merchant background with previous experience. Able to to demonstrate a proven track record of compliance and logistical planning, coupled with exceptional people and organisational skills.
