Septemebr start Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated maths Graduate to work as a TA within a Secondary School based in Peterborough . The ideal candidate must be a Graduate as you will be covering subject classes on a weekly basis and doing 1-2-1 interventions with the pupils. You will also need to be comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour and be able to show a calm approach to this behaviour. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential but is desirable. This role will involve supporting the pupils in the department. You will support them by helping them stay focused and achieve their full potential in a classroom-based setting. This role is ideal for a maths graduate wanting to be a teacher in the future.
