Credit Control Manager

Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering a rapidly expanding and dynamic business located in Crawley. Due to continued growth they are seeking to add a ICM Qualified Credit Control Manager

Your duties will include but not be limited too

• Agree credit control processes and procedures with the Finance Director and then ensure implementation
• Work with colleagues to identify, assess, and monitor significant credit risks, including identification and implementation mitigation options
• Undertake and manage the day to day collection activities in accordance with agreed collection procedures
• Promptly resolve any credit control quieries
• Ensure receipts are recorded accurate on a on a daily basis, investigating and resolving problems as necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant parts of the Accounts Rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority
• Manage and supervise other members of the credit control team Manage the firm's card acceptance and direct debit processes

You will have the following skill set:

• ICM Qualified or close to completion
• Lead, developed and managed Credit Control Functions
• Worked within a regulated environment beneficial but not essential
• Exposure to high volume credit control function
• Strong communication skills and proven track record of chasing debt
