Group Head of Communications & Marketing

Location: Liverpool, St Helens

Salary: £56,100

Contract to 31st March 2022 initially with view to becoming permanent

 

Closing Date: 30th June

We’re looking for a Group Head of Communications and Marketing to lead on the development and delivery of communications, brand and marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who can align the group’s vision, mission, ambition and brand and support the delivery of commercial, product and service delivery and organisational development goals. 

 

With strong management abilities you will be a strong leader but able to work in a group setting, inspiring and motivating staff to deliver communications requirements and to seek opportunities to grow and enhance the profile of Torus externally. It’s also key for you to  collaboratively work in partnership with the Executive Office and members of the Group Leadership Team 

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification in marketing, communications or brand management, or evidence of equivalent professional experience.
  • An excellent track record in developing and delivering branding, marketing or communication strategies and of managing crisis communications, reputational risk and PR services.
  • Significant senior level experience in managing corporate communications
  • Experience of leading a team to deliver a professional marketing and design service, events, award bids, advertising and social media campaigns.
  • To have a wider understanding of the priorities and challenges that affect the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • A visible leader who can influence and inspires others
