ATM Field Engineer

Cennox are recruiting an ATM Field Engineer to cover the Derry area within Northern Ireland.

Joining as an ATMField Engineer you will provide support to our customers by completing installation and maintenance of ATM Machines across the area assigned to them. You will have 'can do' attitude and be able to work within the timescales set through the SLAs.

The Role!

Working independently, 'in the field', travelling around your agreed area on a daily basis. We'll provide you with a company van (for work usage only), a mobile and a laptop, training, and network of support you need to work autonomously.

This position works normal office hours and once fully trained, you will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rotational basis.

Some of the duties include:

• Maintain/repair our ATM estate for our customers

• Diagnose system problems in minimal time & make accurate repairs

• Respond to all technical hardware problems within the accounts

• Build and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner

• To work within strict timescales set out in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Ensure the parts requirements of the customer are fully communicated to Logistics

• Coordinate with the technical resources necessary to resolve critical customer situations

• Interface with and coordinate the efforts of sub-contractors when needed

• Work well independently and in a team situation

About You!

• Sound technical understanding of ATM functions
• Previous training in Wincor or NCR ATM's i.e., CCDM is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar customer facing environment working to achieve customer service levels
• A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills
• Good communications skills with ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team across the business
• Full UK Valid Driving License is essential
