Our client a professional corporate organization are looking to appoint a new Facilities Coordinator to assist in the day to day operations of their office in central Manchester.

Core responsibilities will include

Having a highly visible presence across the office and well known as the go-to person for all workplace and facilities related items and issues.
Print room duties including high volume scanning, copying, collating, binding and laminating of documents, producing E-bibles and quality checking documents in specified time scales.
Ordering stationery and stock items and ensuring all office service centres and storage is well-maintained.
Changing of toners for all multi-functional devices and checking paper levels around the office and provide 'first line' fault finding capability on print/post room and all on-floor devices. Liaison with engineers where required and recording outcomes.
Post room duties including daily receiving in, collecting, sorting, digital scanning and dispatch through royal mail, DX and courier.
Assisting with security pass creation and access control request management.
Providing support with general office administration, including assisting with the processing of invoices, ordering of equipment, where required.

Assisting with meeting room changes and general porterage as well as maintenance and repairs to office furniture, fittings and services where required.
Overseeing the on-site cleaning team, escalating any on-going issues accordingly.
Liaison with on-site contractors, checking their service delivery and tasks have been completed.
Regular liaison with individuals on best storage practices and completing regular checks on all areas.

Assisting with and completing floor walks and inspections and helping to identify and resolve issues and coordinating all office Health and Safety activities such as Fire Safety, DSE assessments, hazard spotting, induction and office tours etc
Use of CAFM system ensuring service, responding to Helpdesk queries ensuring calls are closed out satisfactorily.
Successful candidates will have relevant experience working in a professional office environment and be experienced in reprographics and post/print room duties. Also having excellent customer service will be essential for this position. Holding an IOSH qualification and having previous experience with CAFM systems would also be beneficial to this role.

The candidate will also work on a varying rota, 35 hours per week between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday.

For this the client is looking to offer a salary up to GBP24,000 per annum and benefits package including 25 days holiday, private healthcare and a contributory pension, plus discounts on various purchases
