To help them deliver this ambitious vision, they are now looking for a highly motivated ICT Support Team Leader to join their busy team based in Boston.

 

The Role

Leading their team of support analysts as their ICT Support Team Leader the work you complete will directly add value and help their customers to remain operational. No two days are the same and you will use your ability to lead a team to deliver a high-quality customer focused service.

 

Inspiring and motivating your team, you will be responsible for managing their development whilst also being willing to join them in supporting the business as required. In this role you will also have the opportunity to work with other teams within the wider ICT department to ensure service level targets are achieved and projects successfully delivered.

 

Managing their highly successful 1st line service desk you will ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures. Ensuring all requests are properly logged and assigned you will take responsibility to make sure your customers and interested parties are kept informed of their progress.

 

With a keen eye for detail you will have experience in trend monitoring and incident analysis enabling you to identify recurring support issues that can be resolved through preventative systems or training solutions.

 

About You

To be successful as their ICT Support Team Leader you will ideally have a service desk background and a relevant qualification in this area, your application will demonstrate experience of managing others and of core ICT service desk processes.

 

An excellent communicator you will be confident in developing senior stakeholder relationships using this ability to manage a technical service whilst using your understanding of the skills required to deliver ICT first- and second-line services.
