Their technology is revolutionising the treatment of HPV infections globally, and is widely used in Dermatology, Podiatry and Oncology, with a number of disruptive applications under development in the fields of Cardiology and Gynaecology.

The company was started in 2007 by joint co-founders (current Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer) and inventors behind the technology. They form part of the highly experienced management team with over 50 years of experience in this field.

You can now find Emblation's medical devices in 1000s of clinics and hospitals across the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. They are just at the start of a journey and you will be joining the Emblation team at a key phase in their growth. Having recently secured additional investment into the business to fund the next stages of the company's development, underpinned by 3 primary goals:

Development of new markets and a wider global presence

Description

Maintain an open and informative line of communication with customers on delivery schedules.
Ensure accuracy of data records on the ERP system.
Responsible for the management of replenishment stock to ensure there are no critical stock outs, placing orders to maintain minimum stock quantities where appropriate.
Accountable for the maintenance of accurate shipping documentation for final products send to customers.
Key liaison for customs agency/brokers and carriers for any queries related to importing and exporting of products.
Partner the finance team on HMRC requirements relating to import/export duty.
Internal development of processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Profile

Experience within a warehouse/logistics environment.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and processes would be preferable, although not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience of working with an ERP system would be preferable.
Must work well under pressure, with the ability to cope with a variety of issues at once.
Possesses attention to detail and a 'right first time' approach.
Able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to working effectively with multiple functions including Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Production.
Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly both autonomously and as part of a team.Job Offer
