Jenson Fisher are working on an exciting new role based in Dundee with one of our growing clients. We are supporting in the recruitment of a full time, permanent Conveyancing Support Assistant/Junior Paralegal, adding to their existing team.
Our client is a well known name in the local area and prides themselves on providing a top class service to all clients, ensuring seamless and clear communications are provided at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will have knowledge of ROS forms and residential conveyancing. On a daily basis you will be providing support pre/post settlement and will be working with a varied case load. There will be additional administrative duties, supporting fee earners and others in the department when required.
This role will suit someone who can work by themselves and not someone who requires forms etc to be dictated. You must be confident in your experience, although should you wish to develop further this will also be supported. Junior Paralegal experience would also be considered, and support will be given to expand experience and case loads etc.
The position will be office based in Dundee and will include full time working hours between Monday to Friday.
