Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a medium sized studio in North Wales are looking to fill a number of important vacancies within their Architectural studio to help manage a number of recent, large-scale project wins.
Specifically, in this instance this award-winning practice are looking to recruit an experienced, or Senior Architectural Technician.
With a number of prestigious projects in the pipeline, an immediate requirement is for an experienced individual from a Technical background to join this busy studio. The current workload is centred around Residential schemes, Masterplanning, Schools and Offices. The work is typically be based in both the North-Wales region and into parts of Cheshire/Shropshire to serve an extensive list of repeat, end-user clients.
In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, we would hope that applicants meet the following criteria:
To hold a relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
Minimum 2 year practical experience, preferable within a UK-based firm.
Ability to produce Technical drawing information.
Ability to manage workloads effectively.
To be an effective communicator; Both written and verbal skills.
Experience using REVIT software would be very beneficial.
