Contentious Probate and Property Litigation Solicitor , Bournemouth
This is a unique opportunity to handle a mixed caseload encompassing Contentious Probate and Property Litigation work.
My client is a prestigious law firm which is Chambers rated and are well-known for the high level of service and good quality of work that they deal with.
The firm are looking to develop their Contentious Probate offering with the appointment of a technically strong fee earner with upwards of 4 years PQE. There is a mixture of contentious probate work and property litigation work coming into the department and it is envisaged that this will be a mixed caseload, perhaps 50-50 but the firm would like someone who can offer their clients expertise in both areas, build on things and take them to the next level.
You should have a good knowledge of court litigation processes, excellent communication skills and a real interest in contentious probate work.
If you were a specialist in either contentious probate or property litigation, without any specific experience of the other area of law, then the firm would also be interested to hear about you.
This role comes with excellent prospects and would be a perfect stepping stone for a candidate perhaps working in a top-heavy seeking a route for career progression / partnership.
