Job Summary
Our client based in Weybridge are seeking an experienced Health & Wellbeing Manager. You'll be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of health, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives across the UK Market in line with local strategies.
Job Description
* Undertake regular reviews using data analysis to understand the UK Market diversity and inclusion, health, mental health, and wellbeing needs.
* Utilise feedback and qualitative/quantitative data to continually improve program design.
* Identify, recommend, and implement interventions and services to close gaps and enhance the health and wellbeing of employees and build an inclusive culture.
* Manage the workplace adjustments in UK Market and ensure effective delivery across the team.
* Identify, develop, implement, and manage effective health and wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives, policies, processes - measuring outcomes and communicating impact,
* Use analytics to measure and monitor workforce diversity and health and wellbeing data through the employee lifecycle and making a recommendation to address any inequalities that this data demonstrates,
* Working with the relevant functions to understand wellbeing, health and inclusion challenges and priorities and problem solve getting to the root cause of the issue,
* Represent The Company at external events to support diversity and inclusion, employer brand,
* Determine the necessary budget for diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing considering global and local initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge Required
* Minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced HR role and 2 years health, wellbeing or diversity & inclusion advisory level role,
* Good standard of education,
* CIPD qualified (level 5 or equivalent) preferred,
* Wellbeing, health, or related qualification preferred,
* Experience of working with and influencing across all levels of the organization and working collaboratively with groups/employee-led groups & networks and other stakeholders (internal/external),
* Experience of performing data analysis and making appropriate recommendations and interventions to inform business decisions,
* Strong project management experience and ability to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines,
* Presentation skills and experience of delivering and designing training and awareness sessions,

* Hours will be 8.15 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. (Mon- Thu), finish at 2.15pm on Friday + flexi time working.
