Aylesbury Youth Action (AYA) is a local charity () that aims to improve life chances for young people aged 14-24 years through Youth Volunteering opportunities, enabling them to make a positive contribution to their community.

We are looking to appoint an organised and motivated individual with a passion for supporting the community, to manage the day to day administrative and financial tasks essential for a charity to thrive.

You will be responsible for managing the charity’s memberships, data and impact monitoring, property management and accounts, as necessary to ensure a smooth administrative process.

The role would particularly suit a proactive and adaptable individual with good communication skills and an understanding of data management and accounts. The role requires at least 5 years experience of working in an office setting. Specific knowledge using Sage and Salesforce is desirable, however not essential as training will be available.

AYA are based in Aylesbury and parking is available.
