About Us:

Rickard Luckin is an established Accountancy and Tax Advisory firm, with a significant presence across Essex and the South East. About the role:

The Company Secretarial position is an interesting and multi-faceted role that sits in a close-knit and friendly team. The individual will need to learn the relevant skills in relation to corporate governance and compliance. Key to this, is understanding the rules and regulations in place to mitigate risk, whilst balancing the interests and needs of our clients.
