Senior Sales Manager - Fasteners required. Our client is a well-estabilished and growing manufacturer of bespoke fasteners, applied to a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Utilities and Construction markets.
Due to the ongoing success of the business they are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to develop tailored solutions for customers throughout the UK primarily in the Oil & Gas, Utilities and Construction markets.
The position will be working out of their facility in Dudley, however will involve some travel to customer sites throughout the UK.
Senior Sales Manager - Fasteners Position Overview
Liaising with new and existing customers via phone / email, before arranging a visit to discuss the requirements for bespoke fasteners.
Leading and mentoring the team of sales engineers
Develop a sales growth strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and financial gain
Preparing technical quotations in line with manufacturing costs and time.
Liaising with the Design Engineers to ensure the engineering drawings are correct and flagging any errors.
Preparation of sales contracts to adhere to legal guidelines
Researching new and existing markets to identify product requirements
Assisting in responding to inbound sales enquiries
Senior Sales Manager - Fasteners Position Requirements
Experienced in the manufacture and supply of industrial and structural fasteners
Proven background in a Senior Sales Management role
Based in a commutable distance of Dudley
Full UK Driving License
Proficient with MS packages, Sage and CRM software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of the Construction / Structural industries is desirable
