I am currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled operative to work with our public sector client based in Grimsby.

As the Multi Skilled Operative you will be required to carry out work on empty social housing properties completing necessary repairs

Duties of the Multi Skilled Operative can include:

• Completing work on void social housing properties
• Undertaking any repairs as necessary surrounding decorating, basic joinery, tiling and/ or patch plastering
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Ensuring van stock is maintained and used effectively

The successful candidate will have:

• Own hand tools and vehicle with business insurance
• Current UK driving license
