Driver will full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use is essential due to nature of the role.

You will be supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in their own homes and their community, and the role will consist of supporting them:

• to engage in all daily activities
• to keep their home clean and fresh
• to make full use of their community and beyond
• aspects of personal care
• shopping, trips out, social activities, connecting with family and friends
• managing their finances

As this role requires providing levels personal care it will usually be necessary for applicants to have had or agree to have the Covid-19 vaccine.

This role will mainly cover the areas of Knaphill, Goldsworth Park and Maybury. There may be some requirements to cover the Addlestone and Chertsey area as well.
