Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly expanding British Medical Devices organisation, and as part of their growth, our client is seeking an ambitious Clinical Account Manager to join their team covering Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. This position will involve clinical training in theatres to ensure Clinicians are competent using the products, alongside an element of sales.

Requirements for the Clinical Account Manager

* You will be a Registered Nurse, preferably with a sales background in the Orthopaedics market or a Tissue Viability Nurse.

* Ideally you will have extensive experience in a theatre setting, with a background in orthopaedics, knowledge of the procedures and be comfortable communicating with Orthopaedic Surgeons.

* Additional clinical experience of podiatry & wound care would be advantageous.

* Experience in practice development training of Nurses is desirable.

* Commercial selling experience or evidence of being able to commercially engage would be very beneficial.

* Preferred location South East but within easy access of central London accounts.

Role Responsibilities for the Clinical Account Manager

* Provide clinical case support for the London Market Development Manager

* Own the development & case support of the South East Region - cases include, but are not exclusive to, revision hip/knee, trauma, limb reconstruction, diabetic foot, amputation.

* Conduct clinical training on products, both in 1-2-1 and group settings in either theatre or multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure Clinicians are competent & can operate independently. Set up training to ensure Practice Development team lead takes ownership of ongoing training/competency.

* Conduct consignment stock checks to ensure invoicing is up to date at all times.

* Deliver boot stock where required in emergency situations.
