Rental Manager

Due to their ongoing growth and development, they have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fleet professional to join their team as a Rental Manager.

Within this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for efficiently overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rental Department, promoting products and services, whilst maintaining and developing customer relations.

You’ll provide assistance to their Operations Manager with all fleet activities and deputise as and when required, overseeing the teams objectives to include rental targets, downtime and fleet utilisation, maintenance control, compliance and administration.

Customer focused and with a strong attention to detail, you must have the ability to work under pressure and be punctual and reliable along with proven experience working within commercial vehicle / fleet management. With a strong work ethic and good administration and IT skills, you should be sales focused and committed to customer satisfaction.

Practical experience of managing a commercial vehicle branch, with commercial responsibility, coupled with fleet management / database systems experience would be advantageous, however Is not essential.
