Job Description
After 13 years of service from the previous employee, my client is now on the hunt for a new Sales Controller to join their busy prestige dealership in Orpington.
Working with such an amazing brand that is ahead of the curve on its products, the successful candidate will need to be flexible to what the day can throw at them and keep a level head when things go not as planned.
As a Sales controller you will be assisting the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve targets on both new and used vehicle sales. You will need to already have the experience in Stacking deals and second facing customers, in addition you will be required to sell cars as and when the business requires it.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Sales Controller or Transaction Manager is essential.
* Experience with Sales Controller on an ad-hoc basis at current employer will be considered.
* Full UK Driving License is required for the position.
* No more than 6 points can be held on the License.
* Dealership experience is essential.
Salary and Benefits
* GBP23,000 Basic Salary
* GBP50,000 On Target Earnings
* Company Car with Fuel allowance from home to work
* Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
* Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00
* 1 in 3 Sundays 10:30 - 16:00
