Humber Recruitment is looking for a Junior Office Manager to work for a prestigious client based in Grimsby.
The successful candidate will help to coordinate the day to day running of their busy office, which includes but is not limited to, answering phones and emails, ordering various materials, taking deliveries and corresponding with suppliers and their team to ensure deadlines are met. Other duties may involve assisting with advertising and social media marketing, producing risk assessments, method statements and quotations. Strong IT and communication skills are essential, such as strong knowledge of excel and email etiquette. Accountancy knowledge would be preferred.
Any previous knowledge of the engineering industry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Rate GBP9.00-GBP12.00 p/h starting rate- dependent upon experience and qualifications
8am/9am-4pm/5pm
