We are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst (Project and Design) for a leading international organisation based in Ipswich.
The successful candidate will have a broad experience across technologies and infrastructure and experience working in projects for a growing business.
Within this exciting role, you will be conducting the planning, design, development, documentation and deployment of technical IT solution.
You will work closely with stakeholders and support the team manager to co-ordinate proposed changes to the IT infrastructure and identify potential strategic application of IT systems.
You will also be conducting thorough system analysis to support the planning of systems capacity, changes and ongoing effective running of the IT solutions.
Skills:
• Prior experience with both developing and implementing systems
• Relevant experience in a technical support role - ideally with some design experience too.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Linux, Netapp, Cisco and VMware.
• Ability to collect and analyse date from numerous sources to assist in the resolving of issues and maintain the running of their IT systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Design, Transition and Delivery, as well as a full understanding of the ITIL lifecycle.
We are looking for a strong all-rounder - you will probably have experience in broad infrastructure, ERP/CRM, systems and projects. You will have a strong technology background with the ability to shape ideas, talk to stakeholders and support to design new systems and solutions.
