Remote Working - Software Technical Support

I am recruiting for a Software Support Technician to join one of my clients, an established software company in Guilford, on a permanent basis. The Support Assistant is a key role within a busy Support Team which answers emails and telephone enquiries or issue/problems from customers. The role involves proactively supporting the business on a day-to-day basis contributing to the future success and strategy of the business.

Other responsibilities will include:

Log support calls
Resolve customer login issues
Carry out Data Cleaning and Mapping
Present solutions to clients

Skills/Experience required:

2-3 Years' relevant experience in a similar role within a support team at a computer software company or IT related business
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, proficient in Excel and data mapping
Software installations and troubleshooting
SQL knowledge

This position will be remote working and then occasionally meeting up every 8 weeks. Full training will be given on their products/applications and you will receive in-house mentoring from senior members of the team.
