Customer Sales Advisor
My client a leading distribution company based in Orpington is currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor. The role is office based and will involve being on the phone, taking and processing customer orders.
As a customer service advisor, you will have the following qualities and skills:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Confident
* Have previously worked within a customer focused environment and have excellent customer service skills
* Good attention to detail
* Punctual and reliable.
* Works well in a team or individually.
* Be able to deal with all levels of customer and have excellent verbal and written skills.
* Have good PC skills, have previously used a CRM system and is able to learn a new CRM / ordering system quickly.
Full training will be provided on the internal ordering system. You will be able to demonstrate basic maths skills and have good attention to detail being able to spot any mistakes the system may have made with an order.
There is huge potential to progress within the company and an opportunity to work up the salary ladder with potential earnings of up to GBP23K per annum within 6 months!
Role Benefits:
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (1 hr unpaid lunch break)
Immediate start
GBP18,500 - GBP19,500 per annum Dependent on Experience
20 Days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
This role is subject to completing a 13-week probationary period.
