Job description

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our wellbeing offers aimed at supporting the recovery and sustainability of the social care workforce following Covid-19. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders to better understand and implement activity to improve and protect the health and wellbeing of the Social Care workforce.

The post-holder will:

  • Act as project manager for the delivery of our current peer support offers for the social care workforce

  • Work with partners to identify and explore further gaps in the provision of peer support models for the workforce

  • Plan and deliver learning to embed a sustainable approach to localised peer support

We are looking for someone with significant experience of delivering and supporting wellbeing initiatives in the voluntary, community, social care or health setting. The full range of skills and knowledge expected are shown in the job description and person specification.
