We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our busy team based in Cardiff.

Working as part of a small, busy team you will provide Payroll and Administration support and duties will include:-
  • Processing payroll on a weekly basis for up to 300 temporary workers
  • Calculating and inputting hours
  • Dealing with basic payroll queries
  • Liaising with candidate and clients
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Processing new starter packs
  • Monitoring payroll inbox
  • Raising invoices

The successful candidate must have:-
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Fast and accurate keyboards skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent organisation skills
Previous payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
