Salary: £34,555 - £38,813

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in developing and customising a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management System.
As an organisation, we are looking to further develop our use of Dynamics 365 and the successful candidate will play a key role in scoping and delivering some of these changes.
The main purpose of the job is to:
Lead the development of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, external portal website and interfaces to other systems
To support the Database Development Manager in scoping service and end-user requirements and lead on delivering developments to the CRM system
Identify areas for CRM system development including integrating other databases with the CRM system to deliver business improvement
Provide specialist expertise and gather and organise information and knowledge on priority areas as required by the business.
Although we have offices in Cardiff and St Asaph, we’re all working from home at the moment and expect this will continue for a little while yet.
As part of the process, we will ask you to complete a task. We will send this by email for you to complete and return to us on the 15 July, with a panel interview being held on the 16 July.
We’re currently holding our interviews over Zoom and if you’re invited to interview, we’ll give you a chance to test it out beforehand if you’re unfamiliar with it.
